Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy The Gingerbread Village ("the e-book") from ERC MARKETING DIGITAL LTDA (CNPJ 49.481.522/0001-41), a company based in Florianópolis, Brazil ("we"), on this website. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

The product

The e-book is a 292-page illustrated digital book (a PDF file) with printable gingerbread house templates, recipes and instructions, in US Letter size (8.5 x 11 in). Nothing physical is shipped. You need a device that opens PDF files and, to use the templates, a home printer.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the sales page in US dollars and is charged once. There is no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and the charge appears on your card statement under our company name. Any holiday price is temporary and applies to purchases made while it is shown on the sales page.

Delivery

After payment you are taken to a download page, and we also email you a link to it. If you can't download your file, email support@thegingerbreadvillage.shop and we will send it to you.

Personal-use license

When you buy the e-book you get a personal license for one household. You may:

• download it on your own devices;
• print the templates and pages as many times as you like for your home, family and classroom;
• sell or give away the gingerbread houses you bake and decorate yourself by hand (for example at bake sales, holiday markets, or to friends and neighbors);
• if you bought it as a gift, pass your copy on to the one person you are giving it to.

You may not:

• resell, share, upload or give away copies of the e-book or its templates, printed or digital;
• sell the templates, or kits or classes that include them, or put them in another product;
• remove copyright notices.

You may share photos of the houses you build. All content in the e-book remains our property.

Baking safety

Baking involves hot ovens and sharp tools. Supervise children, check your ingredients for allergies, and use your own judgment. Decorated houses are meant mainly for display. If you sell what you bake, you are responsible for following your local food-safety, labeling and cottage food rules.

Limitation of liability

The e-book is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Nothing in them limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
